Shipping Policy

Oudera delivers orders across the United Arab Emirates and to selected international destinations.

UAE Delivery

Orders within the United Arab Emirates are generally delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

International Delivery

Orders to destinations outside the UAE are generally delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to weekends, public holidays, customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, remote delivery locations, or circumstances outside Oudera’s reasonable control.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful order confirmation and payment verification, where applicable.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high demand may require additional processing time.

International Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs procedures may also affect estimated delivery times.

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including the recipient’s name, address, telephone number, and any information reasonably required by the courier.

Oudera is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

If you notice an error in your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect product, please contact Oudera as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order details together with photographs where appropriate.

Our team will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided after your order has been dispatched.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances outside Oudera’s reasonable control.
