Refund and Return policy
Refund and Return of OUDERA takes utmost care in ensuring all individual product units are of the highest quality. Since the products are meant for personal use, returning perfumes and other goods is not a viable policy. However, only in the case of Agar Ouds, a client may use 1 gram of the product and, in the rare case they’re not satisfied, can return the product.

- يجب إرجاع المشتريات من بلد الشحن الأصلي.
- لن يتم قبول المرتجعات إلا في حالة وجود أي عيب في التصنيع مع المنتج أو عدم تطابق المنتج.
- يجب أن تكون المنتجات المعادة في حالتها الأصلية غير المستخدمة مع إرفاق جميع علامات عناصر عوديرا وأي قطع وكتيبات ذات صلة بالمنتجات.
- لن يتم قبول المرتجعات غير الكاملة أو التالفة أو المتغيرة أو أي شيء نعتقد في عوديرا بشكل معقول أنه قد تم استخدامه وبالتالي يتم إعادته إلى العميل.
- لا تنطبق رسوم الإرجاع إذا استوفيت الشروط المذكورة أعلاه.
